We saw this a few times and one time the casino had an announcement over the PA which detailed all the things that were being done to keep people safe. We watched him with his phone in his bare hands as he plugged it in right there where he was working! Imagine our shock when we watched him then prepare meals with no gloves on, take the sausages AND the bacon out of the tubs BARE-HANDED, and then put them on the plates which already had eggs on them!!!!!! During a pandemic. The chef had a mask on but was NOT wearing gloves. Those tubs had cooked sausages in one and cooked bacon in the other. In the opening where the completed meals are put by the chef for servers to pick up, there were two metal tubs. We had a table from which we could see the chef preparing part of the meals. Went for breakfast recently in the Wild Horse Pub. I will be informing the local health authority as well. Plz save your money and the headache and do not stay here unless you want to be sleeping g with cockroaches in your room. It was 6 days later and I still hadn’t heard from any of them yet. She asked me to send her the videos which I did. Then the day I was checking out I spoke to another person on front desk, Claudette, and she promised me that she or Cheryl will get back to me after they review the videos I had.

I asked the front desk gentleman to inform the manager as I like to speak to the manager in the morning. So I ended up climbing on my sofa and knocked them down then killed them myself and flushed them.

I was terrified to go to sleep with them in my room. I called the front desk and was told by Herat that there’s nothing he can do because no one is available in housekeeping. On one of the nights I came to my room and saw 3 cockroaches roaming around on my ceiling.
